Deposit and Cancellation Policy:

Congratulations on choosing NanumiAu Weddings to capture your special day! To secure our Photography and Videography Services for your wedding, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total package cost is required upon booking. This deposit serves as a commitment fee and ensures that we reserve the date exclusively for you.


Cancellation and Refund:

We understand that circumstances may change, and you might need to cancel your booking. Our cancellation policy allows you to cancel your wedding photography and videography services while providing sufficient notice. Please note the following terms:

  1. Cancellation Period: Clients may cancel their booking up to two months (60 days) before the scheduled wedding date.
  2. Refund Policy:
  • Cancellation within the 2-month period: If you cancel your booking within the two months leading up to the wedding date, the 25% non-refundable deposit will be retained by NanumiAu Weddings.
  • Cancellation before the 2-month period: If you decide to cancel before the two-month cutoff, we will refund the remaining balance of any payments made beyond the non-refundable 30% deposit.


Rescheduling:

We understand that sometimes circumstances beyond your control may require you to reschedule your wedding date. If you wish to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible to check our availability for the new date. As long as the new date is within one year of the original wedding date, the non-refundable 30% deposit can be applied to the rescheduled date. However, please note that the deposit will become non-transferable if the rescheduled date falls outside of this one-year window.
